THINK, SHARE, CARE

Say: Let’s play a game! To start, there are three things I want you to share. I want to know:

• Something specific about you that you want you to know.
• Something you want to know about me.
• Something you’re looking forward to us doing together.

Respond to the same questions your child just answered. If you’re comfortable doing so, you can also answer their “something they want to know about you” question, too.

Say: Thank you for sharing with me! God put us together for a very special purpose, and I’m so happy to be in your life. In His Word, He says He doesn’t want us to live life alone. God wants us to share our lives — and our time — with others. I’m so grateful to spend time with you and get to know you better!
